Publication Policy
Anonymous Authorship:
The journal adopts high-quality peer review mechanisms. When sending research for review, everything that might indicate the identity of the author or his name is deleted. This aims to ensure that the referees cannot identify the identity of the author or co-authors or even the institution in which the research was conducted. This is in order to ensure that the research review and review process is conducted in an objective manner and with a high degree of transparency.
Research Review Mechanism:
* All research articles submitted to the journal are subject to a double-blind peer review process.
* Research articles are initially reviewed by the editorial board to decide whether they comply with the publishing rules and whether they are eligible for review. The editor-in-chief may reject them either because they are not related to the scope and topics of the journals or because they are of low quality to the point that they cannot be considered at all.
* The editorial board reserves the right to reject any article without disclosing the reasons.
* Research articles that are deemed eligible for review are sent to at least two reviewers who are experts in the field of the submitted article. The reviewers must be unknown to each other. They must also decide whether the article is publishable as is, publishable with partial changes, publishable with radical changes, or not publishable at all.
* Reviewers’ reports are sent to the editor-in-chief and to the author(s) for comment.
* The authors alone are responsible for the contents, not the editorial board or the journal.
* Letters of apology are sent to authors whose papers were not accepted for publication.
* The research review process is completed within three months. Accepted articles are published in future issues.
Publishing conditions:
* The journal publishes original scientific research in the field of humanities and social sciences written in Arabic, English, or French.
* The research must not have been previously published or submitted for publication in another journal, and the researcher undertakes to do so and not to submit it for publication to another party until the appropriate decision is taken in this regard.
* The research must not be part of a published book.
* The research or parts thereof may not be published elsewhere after approval of its publication in the journal except after obtaining written permission from the editor-in-chief.
